Personal Training
I offer coaching for making permanent lifestyle changes, increasing basic endurance, muscle fitness and strength, or training for maximum strength. I can also provide support and help with planning and maintaining healthy eating habits. You set the goal!
My special interest is training the X and Millennial (Y) generations to promote health and increase energy levels and activity. Through my studies as a sexual counselor and therapist, I also have special expertise in forming and supporting a positive relationship with your own body, as well as in trauma-sensitive coatching.
While coaching people in different life situations and circumstances, I have noticed that customer's goals and wishes for the support of a coach are individual.
Therefore, I warmly recommend booking a free consultation to go through your own goals. Based on the consultation, I can estimate the price of the service package depending on your wishes for the intensity of support and coaching.
Below are examples of my individual services.
Individually programmed 1–2-part gym program €75. Includes an individual training program that supports your goals in writing and a remote meeting for guidance. With the onsite coaching session, €95.
Gym coaching €95 per session/ 10 coaching sessions €85 per session (total €850).
Coaching package 3 months (12 weeks) €295 per month. The package includes 4 coaching sessions, an individual training program that meets your goals, a nutrition program, initial and final assessment according to your goals, monitoring, use of the training application and coach support also outside of meetings (phone/email).
Individually designed nutrition program €120. The price includes food diary analysis, a diet that supports your goals, 1 meeting where the analysis and diet are reviewed.
Coaching program €170/month. The price includes initial assessment, personal program, monitoring and support.
Remote Coaching €115/ Hybrid Coaching (inc.1X60 min onsite) €160.
